Welcome to MPMA – a business established to support owners of Manx property by providing a range of property managing agent services which are customisable and scalable.
Property owners may be Landlords, Leasehold Management Companies or Executors/Trustees of Estates.
MPMA has particular focus upon Ramsey and villages extending from Laxey to Bride and Kirk Michael. Area focus allows MPMA to develop a valuable knowledge base and build key strategic relationships to allow property owners meet their obligations, commitments and objectives.
Property Managing Agent services cover a wide range of matters relating to owning and managing a rental property and/or operating a leasehold management company. Support levels will range from Advisory, Management (Relationship, Project and General) to Administration.
MPMA do not carry on any regulated business activities which are deemed to be an Estate Agent or provide buildings/grounds maintenance/repair works.
A key feature is that MPMA services are customisable and scalable depending upon the property owners resources. MPMA do not offer a standard managed service – MPMA support to each property owners is unique and will reflect changing circumstances.
MPMA fees are charged on a time-spent basis not commission basis.
