Based at Anton’s home, MPMA aim to become property owners trusted support.  Trust is earned by understanding a property owners objectives and their properties, identifying and building strong stakeholder relationships, adapting communication depending upon the audience and a strong commitment to service targets.

MPMA provide Property Managing Agent services. Similar business descriptions are property manager, property management or landlords representative.

MPMA do not carry on the following business activities:

  • Estate Agent or rental agent (regulated activity under S15(1) of Estate Agents Act 1975);
  • collecting rent or other payments from tenant in respect of the rented dwelling (regulated activity under Schedule 4 of Proceeds of Crime Act 2008);

Service Level, Fees and Third Party Discounts/Commissions

Depending upon the level of support required services may be Advisory, Management (Relationship, Project and General) or Administration. MPMA fees are charged on a time-spent basis not commission basis. Out-of-pocket expenses related to particular clients shall be recharged. MPMA reserves the right to charge for travel especially outside of the North of the Isle of Man which shall be agreed in advance.

MPMA are independent from third parties and do not receive discounts/commissions from third parties.
